Welcome to the Sourdough Club! I am so glad you are here, I cannot wait to grow this community we are creating all around bread!
This will be a place to expand your knowledge of sourdough, step outside your comfort zone, and perfect skills. With plenty of hand holding and clear direction, you will be well on your way to making dozens of beautiful recipes out of sourdough.
In this space we will have the chance to dive deeper into topics touched on in the Beginner and Advanced live classes plus so much more. It allows you to take what you have learned, try it on for size, and come back with more questions to be given answers that cater to your process and experience. Instead of just two hours to ask questions as in the live classes, you will have opportunities anytime you want! Each month we will discuss a theme (ex. building tension, inclusions, discard etc) and I will be available for live Q&A’s at a set weekly time, of which I will record should there be those who cannot attend.
I am most excited to dive deeper into experimenting with new flour, lesser gluten and more whole grains and sharing those recipes with club members, along with monthly demonstrations (live) of new recipes tried and true. Some months will include guest presenters in form of the live class - everything in this club is recorded so you have access to it for the lifetime of your subscription!
There will also be a “members only” space on Instagram, where I will post stories full of experiments, and processes and lengthier videos not usually shared in my public feed, as well as giving priority in my DMs for questions from club members.
If you have taken both the beginner and advanced classes, these will also be available to you in a form of recording, which will include answers to all the FAQ that you can replay as many times as you need. I will also have posts with full lists of supplies that I demonstrate in my live classes that you can purchase. I cannot express how excited I am to have you part of my daily community! We are going to have so much fun creating all the sourdough things. The sky is the limit!!
